Submit your artwork NOW and we will select the most brilliant artworks to be posted on HSS official Instagram, Twitter and official website!

(1) Please leave a blank space for us to put the countdown days; Make sure it’s square to fit the Instagram.

(2) Format

Size: 800 x 800 pixel (file size within 5 MB)

File Format: JPG, PNG

(3) You can submit as many entries as you like to increase your chance of being selected.

Kodansha VR Lab, Ltd (“the Company”) is holding a VR Live “Hop Sama” Fan Arts Contest (“the Event”) urging the public to participate this Event. Those who are willing to participate in the Event are required to agree to these Terms and Conditions.

(1)Entries

All submitted works must be created by the applicant and for which the applicant has the rights. Entries that fall under any of the following categories will not be considered.

• Entries that do not comply with these rules.
• Entries that are judged to deviate from the theme of the call for entries.
• Those that infringe on the rights of third parties such as intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation and privacy.
• The work that are offensive to the public interest and morality
• The work in question has been licensed to a third party
• Entries that have been submitted to other contests or have won in other contests in the past
• Any item that the Company deems to be inappropriate

(2) About the handling of entries

By submitting a work to this Event, it grants the Company the right to use the work. The Company may, at its sole discretion, alter any submitted work, and applicants must acknowledge this in advance before submitting their work.

(3) Handling of personal information

The Company will use the personal information of the applicants obtained through this Event for the purpose of contacting about their works and for other purposes related to this Event, and will not use it for any other purpose put of this Event.
